1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of Branzo Techno Solution (branzotechnosolution.com) or commissioning our software engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Branzo Techno Solution provides custom website design, web development, custom software engineering (ERP, CRM, HRMS), mobile application development (Flutter, React Native), and search engine optimization (SEO) services. Detailed deliverables, specifications, timelines, and milestones are defined in individual Project Scope Agreements executed with each client.

3. Project Estimates & Milestone Payments

• Proposals & Validity: Quotations and proposals provided by Branzo Techno Solution remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
• Milestone Structure: Projects typically proceed on an agreed milestone basis: an initial advance booking fee to initiate discovery and architecture, intermediate milestone disbursements upon milestone demonstration, and final settlement upon production handover.
• Scope Revisions: Any feature additions or workflow adjustments outside the signed scope agreement will be evaluated via a written Change Request and billed accordingly.

4. Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership

We believe in complete client independence. Upon receipt of full and final payment for all agreed milestones, 100% of the custom source code, design assets, and repository ownership are transferred to the client. Branzo Techno Solution retains no proprietary lock-in over custom work built for your organization. Third-party open-source libraries (e.g., Laravel, React, Flutter) remain licensed under their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache, BSD).

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, required media assets, branding guidelines, and server or domain access credentials necessary for project milestones. Delays in client approvals or content submission may adjust overall delivery timelines.

6. Warranties & Post-Launch Support

Branzo Techno Solution warrants that delivered software will function substantially in accordance with agreed specifications. Standard project deployments include a 30-day warranty period from production launch to resolve any functional defects at no additional charge. Ongoing maintenance agreements are available for continuous support, server monitoring, and feature updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Branzo Techno Solution be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server hosting outages, API service deprecations by external providers (e.g., Google, Razorpay, AWS), or unauthorized access to client servers beyond our direct operational control.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
